What Information Will We Ask For?
To help others learn from your experience, we ask contributors to provide information about:
-
The Challenge: What issue or opportunity were you trying to address?
-
The Approach: What did you do?
-
Implementation: How was the initiative introduced and delivered?
-
Outcomes: What impact did it have, either formally measured or informally observed?
-
Lessons Learned: What worked well and what would you do differently?
-
Transferability: What advice would you give to another organisation considering a similar approach?
Sharing Successes and Challenges
We recognise that improvement is rarely straightforward. Some of the most valuable learning comes from adapting ideas, overcoming barriers and understanding what did not work as expected. We therefore encourage contributors to share honest reflections and lessons learned, as well as positive outcomes.
Review and Publication
All submissions are reviewed prior to publication to ensure they are relevant to the aims of the Primary Care Organisational Culture Exchange and contain sufficient information to support learning.
We may make minor edits for clarity, consistency and accessibility before publication. Where substantial changes are required, we will contact you.
