Advancing Organisational Culture in Primary Care

Sharing practice-based evidence to build healthy, inclusive and sustainable primary care workplaces

Our Mission

Primary care organisations face growing workforce pressures including recruitment challenges, retention difficulties, staff wellbeing concerns and increasing service demand. While some organisations are developing innovative approaches to improving workplace culture and staff experience, the opportunity to share and learn from these initiatives are limited.

The Primary Care Organisational Culture Exchange aims to change this.

By showcasing real-world initiatives, implementation experiences and lessons learned, the Exchange helps primary care organisations learn from one another and accelerate improvement. Through an accessible, practice-focused repository of initiatives and innovations, it enables workforce leaders to discover, share and adapt approaches that support positive organisational cultures, improve staff experience and strengthen workforce sustainability.

The Exchange

A living collection of initiatives for organisational culture in primary care, where practice informs research and research informs practice.
