Hello! We're so glad you're here. Welcome. We're Ruth Abrams and Georgette Eaton and we set up this group because of our shared interests in both realist methods and the healthcare workforce. Here's a bit more information about both of us...

Ruth is a lecturer in Workforce, Organisation and Wellbeing at the University of Surrey. She is an organisational psychologist by background and uses realist approaches to explore workforce issues in the NHS. Her research focuses on primary care, in particular General Practice.
