Established by Dr Ruth Abrams (University of Surrey) and co-led with Georgette Eaton (University of Oxford), this is a special interest group (SIG) for those using realist research to explore areas relating to the health and social care workforce.
We are an international community of practice who meet quarterly online.
This space houses any resources associated with our meet ups.
